Registration Required

Welcome to the Wyoming Division of Victim Services WebGrants software system. All applicants, including existing DVS subrecipients, must register their organization and users in the system. Registration is required to access the SFY2027/2028 funding application which opens February 1, 2026.

To get started, click the yellow registration box to the left of this message. Only register your organization once. Accounts should not be shared. If multiple individuals require access, each person must register a separate account. Registrants must be approved by DVS staff; please allow up to 5 business days for this process to be completed. See the attached instructions for additional information regarding the registration process.

All SFY2027/2028 grant applications and associated reimbursements will be processed in WebGrants. SFY2026 reimbursements and closeout will be completed in IntelliGrants, which will remain operational through September 30, 2026.

Announces the Request for Proposals

for SFY 2027 & 2028

(7/1/2026 – 6/30/2028)

All proposals must be submitted to the Division of Victim Services no later than

5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2026.

Wyoming Division of Victim Services (DVS) is soliciting proposals for state fiscal years 2027 (7/1/26 – 6/30/27) & 2028 (7/1/27 – 6/30/28) from public and private non-profit agencies and organizations in Wyoming that serve victims of crime. Proposals will be funded through the Violence Against Women Act, the Victims of Crime Act, the Family Violence Prevention Services Act, and state general funds for the purpose of providing services to victims of crime in Wyoming.
